Privacy
LadderBook is built to expose as little user data as possible during the first production run.
What we store
We do not require accounts. LadderBook may set a local-storage flag to remember that you confirmed the age gate so that we do not re-prompt you on every visit. We do not set tracking cookies and do not sell or share data with advertisers.
Operational logs
Our backend logs request metadata (IP, route, status code) for debugging and abuse prevention. Logs are retained for a short window and are not used for profiling.
Third-party data
Market data is fetched server-side from Polymarket and Kalshi. Their terms apply to the underlying data; please review their policies.
